Services Provided
The “Growing Your Impact: Enabling Conversations for Change, Summer School for OD, Learning and HR Professionals 2025″ course is provided by the presenter, Don Dunoon’s company, New Futures Pty Ltd, ACN 053 271 695. References to “the program” or “the course” in this document are to this course.
The program’s services provided include: 3 x 2-hour workshops between January and March 2025; and 2 hours of online learning modules and associated reflection exercises.
Program Fees
The fee per individual participant is $880 GST inclusive.
An early bird discount applies for registrations received by Friday 15 November 2024. This fee is $770 GST inclusive.
Where more than one person is registered by an organisation, the first participant pays the full fee, with early bird discount, if applicable. Registrations after the first pay the regular fee less $100 GST inclusive. (So, for example, a second – or subsequent – person registered by 8 November pays $670 GST inclusive. After 8 November, the fee for these second or subsequent registrations is $780 GST inclusive.)
Payment
Payment will be made on invoice from New Futures Pty Ltd to a designated, authorised officer in your organisation – as you will specify on the registration form.
Course fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Full payment must be made by Wednesday 8 January 2025. In the event such payment has not been received, New Futures reserves the right to discontinue program participation.
Cancellation and Substitute Delegates
For cancellations received prior to the end of 2024, no fees are payable.
For cancellations received between 1 and 8 January 2025, a fee of 50% of the full program fee is payable.
For cancellations received after 8 January 2025, full program fees are payable and no refunds will be made.
Cancellations must be advised in writing via email to info@betterworkconversations.com.au.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate can attend in your place providing written advice is received by 8 January 2025. No substitution of delegates can occur after this point.
In the event of withdrawal from the program after program commencement, full program fees are payable and no refunds will be made.
Program Materials and Access
Participants will have access to the online program modules through till 20 April 2025. No hard copy program materials are provided, though some downloadable resources and brief summary notes are included. It is the responsibility of participants to make their own notes from the online modules & associated materials, and workshops.
The online component of the program is provided through a website owned and managed by New Futures Pty Ltd, the program provider: https://betterworkconversations.talentlms.com/. Prior to program commencement, participants will receive two emails from this site, one registering the participant on the site and the second enrolling the participant in the online modules. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find these emails.
Intellectual Property
All materials in the program, except where otherwise indicated, are copyright New Futures Pty Ltd.
Privacy
The personal information collected and held about participants will be limited to relevant enrolment details including the participant’s name, job role, and organisational email.
This information will be used by New Futures Pty Ltd in administering the course, providing development and support to participants, and letting participants know about other relevant programs offered by New Futures Pty Ltd – except where the individual indicates they do not wish to receive such information.
New Futures Pty Ltd will not disclose participants’ personal information to any other party.
