For 2025 we are offering a range of courses, coaching, and team development services for people in your organisation.

Change the Conversation (Foundations) is an engaging 2.5-hour self-paced learning course, usually coupled with one or more workshops. It’s designed to enable in-house cohorts of managers and professionals to grow their skills in getting ready for, and having, deeper conversations, dialogue, on uncomfortable topics – and to do so with reduced risk and greater safety for better outcomes. The course is also available in Introductory and (expanded) Change Enabler versions, and comes in versions for General Business, Healthcare and Lawyers.

As an experienced executive, manager or professional, perhaps the challenges you find most difficult are the people and change-related ones. We help you learn to apply a simple yet powerful approach to exploratory conversation, dialogue, enabling you to ‘get underneath’ the issues, explore and clarify different perspectives, and – as far as possible – build shared understandings to advance desired outcomes.

We work with teams, utilising their own current challenges, to build the capacity of members to engage productively and safely together and better leverage their respective skills, knowledge and experience, thereby boosting team effectiveness and impacts. This is not just a learning exercise; the team is doing real work as it learns.

This workshop is designed to get your managers, team leaders and professionals thinking reflectively about their own practice of change leadership and how it differs from management. They consider default behaviours that impede leadership practice and learn how to apply a simple yet powerful model to engage people constructively and safely, to advance change.
