Change Leadership Through Conversation – 2 Hour Intensive Workshop
This workshop is designed to stimulate your managers, team leaders and/or professionals to reflect critically on their practice of leadership and to experiment with different approaches designed to foster emotional safety, teamwork and results.
Your managers, team leaders and professionals have likely participated in leadership programs. Yet how well are they practising leadership day to day? To what extent are they modelling the organisation’s values? How effectively are they fostering psychological safety, effective teamwork, and high-performance?
In this workshop, our focus is on the work of leadership and the centrality of conversation in enabling change. We introduce a framework, the OBREAU conversation model, and illustrate its application in your organisation’s context. Participants will be taught how to apply the model with typical leadership challenges.
